Shipping & Delivery Policy

At PragmaticHome, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth from checkout to doorstep. This policy explains our shipping rates, processing timelines, delivery timeframes, and tracking process.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Prepaid Orders – We offer free shipping across all serviceable PIN codes in India. No shipping or handling fee is charged.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – A nominal ₹ 40 COD fee applies to all orders paid for at the time of delivery.

 

Order Processing

  • We strive to process and dispatch orders as soon as they are placed.
  • In most cases, your order will be handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment or COD verification.
  • Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

 

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • For most serviceable PIN codes, we aim to deliver your order within 7 calendar days from dispatch.
  • In some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Weather conditions
    • Strikes or lockdowns
    • Remote or hard‑to‑reach locations
    • Stocking or supplier delays
    • Public holidays and peak season demand
  • We’ll always do our best to keep you informed about any unexpected delays.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking link by email and/or SMS.
  • This link will allow you to monitor the real‑time status of your shipment via our courier partner’s tracking system.

 

Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address, PIN code, and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

 

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incomplete address, absence of the recipient, or inability to contact you, our courier partner will typically make multiple attempts before returning the package to us. Re‑delivery may incur additional charges.

 

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please take photographs and contact our support team immediately at contact@pragmatichome.com for assistance before opening the parcel.
