Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At PragmaticHome, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds, in line with Indian consumer protection laws.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, labels, manuals, and protective packaging intact.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, free from wear, marks, or damage.
⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return. Certain goods are non‑returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Customised or personalised items
- Clearance or “final sale” products marked as non‑returnable
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details – Include:
- Your order number
- Images of the item (and packaging, if damaged)
- The reason for return
- Approval – Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide step‑by‑step instructions for returning the item.
ℹ️ Items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or is mandated by law.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product:
- Contact us at support@pragmatichome.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
- If eligible, we will arrange a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please complete the return process for your original item and place a new order for your preferred product.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, manufacturing defect), we will arrange and cover the return shipping.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
